This bag is just wonderful! I bought a slightly bigger bag to accommodate everything that my previous bad couldn’t handle. I now have ample room for everything! First, the handle. I don’t know if it’s real leather, but boy is it ever comfy in the hand when you carry the bag. The zippers may not be YKK, but they are ultra smooth and easy to slide open and close. And lastly, the bag stands up on its own! No more leaning it against something! Great touch. I am really enjoying my bag and use it everyday to and from work. I highly recommend this bag

I was looking for a laptop sleeve that would also fit my external hard drive, mouse, and wifi jetpack, as well as a folder or notepad; all without being too big and lumpy shaped when filled and with a handle and removable shoulder strap. This is super cute, and the material is better in person than in photos. The carrying handle could be a little better quality PU leather (and is slightly different color than the brand label), and I didnt like the look of the black shoulder strap (takes away from the trendy chic look), so I ordered an adjustable camel colored one from Amazon for $8 and it looks great! I wouldnt order this for anything other than for your computer, as it looks like a computer case.

i have gotten at least 10 of these for employees in our office to use for their laptops over the past few years. in that time only one has had any problems with tearing and that was only after it went through a few different employees using it daily. rest are still in great condition. I have had zero complaints about them otherwise, they look and feel nice and carry everything you need for work. definitely recommended!

Received the bag a week before the new computer came. It is perfect for my new laptop and is made quite well. I did purchase the 4 year warranty that goes with it. I hope the bag lasts longer than what the warranty is. The color is beautiful (I got the purple), it is will padded and love the waffle style foam padding inside to protect the computer. I am a quilter and look at the quality of the craftsmanship of the item. This one does pass the test. One thing though, I wish the fabric had been treated with a moisture repellant to protect the interior from the outside weather. Other than that one regret regarding the item, I am very pleased with it.

Got the bag last Thursday, and the strap has already snapped while walking. There was 9 lbs of stuff in my bag and carried it around my shoulder most of the time to and back from school. The bag is still good in itself, but a stronger strap would have been ideal. Id look elsewhere for a laptop bag if youre carrying as much or more then mine and dont want to change or buy another strap. 4/3/19 Update: Got a replacement strap and small bag from them a couple weeks later. Good customer service right there, so if yours breaks, just message them. Changing the review to 4 stars for that.

Love this bag. Definitely worth the cost.

Padding very thick, uses up a lot of the space

The product itself is a steal for the price, you would be hard pressed finding something as fashionable for the price. However the protection I noticed at the bottom of the laptop section is missing substantially. As seen in my picture, your laptop will have a tendency to sit on either side of the padding, negating the effect of padding the edge (bottom of the bag) for your laptop. This is likely the case for anybody with a laptop under 1.5 in thick which is most laptops these days. You can remedy the protection problem by either lining it yourself or seeming the bottom together so the enclosure is smaller.
