> 3 dayThis is the best type of hone for cylinder walls. It provides a nice uniform cross hatch every time. The ball style hones can go anywhere following an egg shaped cylinder. The stone hone will work to true the cylinder. Just like body work, you need to work with the longer straight edge sanding tools, not a flap jack sander if you want it straight. This hone worked great!
