I mostly needed this for taking my DSLR camera out on the water on our kayaks and SUP. After reading reviews, I originally purchased the 20L, which was way too big! I then purchased the 10L to compare and its perfect, so I returned the 20L. We took the 10L camping and it fit my DSLR, two hooded sweatshirts, and a pouch with my ID, sanitizer, tissues, etc. Plus I have a small utility knife in the front pouch. I could fit it easily in the front or back of my kayak. Its also a great size if we go for a bike ride to town and it rains, I can just bring this to keep our stuff dry. The 20L was as large as my back (Im 58, 130lb), so that definitely wouldnt have worked and would have been way too cumbersome. About the phone case - its great! Fits my phone and the touch screen works seamlessly! Granted I havent dropped it in the water, but the way it seals seems like it should be secure and water tight. This was a great purchase at a great price, especially since it included the phone case!

Works extremely well for beach days and boat trips. Only thing I don’t like is the small outside pocket is extremely difficult to zip/unzip

This seems like a good, well-made bag. I havent taken it on a trip yet but I have tested it (put a towel in it, submerged it in a bucket with water and whirled it around, also left it submerged for a while). Id say it got 40% on that test. There was no major leakage, but numerous droplets of water did manage to seep in and there was a small amount of water at the bottom. The towel had some wet spots, albeit not big ones. I folded the bag about 4 times and there are no visible flaws on it, no cuts or ripped seams. So, I wouldnt put anything overly expensive in there (like a DSLR or a smartphone) without additional water protection, but for the occasional beachkayaking trip it should be okay. Id probably use another plastic bagwrap for electronics and such, if I absolutely had to put it in this bag. I dont know if there are far better dry bags in this price range, so Im giving it 2 stars instead of one (seeing as it mostly failed the one feature its supposed to have).

Nice waterproof bag being used for day kayak trips. Will be using in Alaska next month. The strap makes it easy to attach to kayak deck with a biner.

Used for kayaking. Big enough to hold a small towel, phone, wallet and keys with additional space.

Great product. Super light and durable. I purchased the 10l bag and just finished using it for the first time. The bag was held up extremely well and fit everything that we needed quite comfortably.

My son took this to an overnight backpacking trip. Kept everything dry, the one night it rained and it is lightweight, so it didn’t hurt his back hiking up the mountain or back down. When he came home it was really dirty but threw it in the wash and cane out looking new again! Recommend to anyone looking for a great dry pack.
