Works really well with Retropie/Mame. For the price for two of these I wouldnt even look further. Showed up fast, installed in minutes and Ill probably never had to think about it again.

works as intended, remember that you must have an actual idea of what you are doing to get this to work as intended.

Works great! I bought these to upgrade my two old X-Arcade sticks from the old PS2 style connection to USB. I couldnt be happier with them. Plenty of connections, easy to install and have had no issues with using them in windows or with Lakka emulator. They turned my paperweight joysticks back into useful joysticks.

They both work well, they are easy to setup, and I have had no problems with them yet.

Product works great and came with ebough jumpers for all the plugs and for the il / suzo happ joysticks. I didnt realize this but it does not come with the Simetisu /Sanwa style 5 pin jumper... My joysticks shipped with a connector for joysitck but just has wires on the other end. No connector. So if you want to connect this kit to a Sanwa or Simetisu joystick you will need to source a jumper as well.

The package arrived very quickly. I used these boards to wire a simple 2 player, 3 button MAME cabinet. With joysticks, buttons, player selects, coin inserts, and an Exit, I needed 19 inputs, and this 2 pack was perfect. The included connectors saved me time stripping wires and soldering, and helped keep things organized.

I wish the product was more consistent. Player 2 works great, but player one is unplayable. I’m always having issues with directional inputs. Sometimes I’m able to use right input and sometimes I’m not. I am guessing quality control is an issue because others have had more luck

    Greater than one week

Used these inside my X-Arcade sticks to replace the keyboard encoder that does not work well in RetroPie... Encoder works great and right out of the box. Have 2 of them installed and both show up as separate controllers. Havent noticed any delay playing stuff so far! Install is super easy as each switch (buttons and joystick) connection has a sense and ground, so no daisy chaining grounds from one or two points. Only beef is the cables are quite short so you cant have the controller too far from the buttons. I could make it work but some of the wires are pretty tight. Keep that in mind if you cant install encoder right next to buttons and sticks.
