This controller worked okay at first, but it always had a short range and I have to have my controller above my desk instead of comfortably by my lap if I didnt want it to lose signal. After about nine months the left joystick would give input to the right joystick and vice-versa which made it hard to do much of anything in a game. Im underwhelmed.

The controller is great, arrived on time, and is of good quality. Using it for my CNC machine, and it works great.

First off this controller feels really well built. It’s very responsive. I like the look and feel of this thing. I’d rate this a 5 star and really wanted to but I’ve only had mine a few days and the left joystick keeps sticking. I understand these things are pumped out of factories and there’s bound to be a couple that come out faulty. Just sucks mine was one of them. It’s still usable and I’d probably still buy this brand again and see what happens.

Does not work on the computer which is what this was purchased for.

awful, nothing but connection issues since i got it, do yourself a favour and get a licensed steam controller if thats what your going to use this controller for, no real way to get in touch with these poeple either, so good luck trying to get the problem fixed AVOID

Of course it does not work on the Xbox or playstation its not for that its for PC get a actual controller for Xbox or playstation most of brand controllers are not going to work on Xbox or playstation cause there not made for them there made for PC

Great product, affordable. I use this on pc. It was as simple as pluggin it in. Windows installed drivers and boom. For those with issues instead of pressing the xbox botton, press and hold the botton down. Repeat this process until the lights are in the player one position at the top.

Controller feels nice and the grip is cool, but the joysticks are of terrible quality. They are either fully activated or they snap back to starting position, making it nearly impossible to make slow joystick movements. Because of the effort required to control the sticks, theyre uncomfortable after prolonged play. The L3 was very sensitive on my unit and would very easily activate while moving the sticks--especially because the joysticks require so much consistent pressure to use. The triggers protrude a bit too much and their angle is uncomfortable. The wireless connection quality on this controller is relatively bad, and it disconnects frequently. After only two months, the left joystick started stuttering when pressed forward.

RETURNING BECAUSE USB WILL NOT WORK WITH AMAZON FIRE TV

The game pad syncs flawlessly to my Windows 10 PC. I was up and gaming with my kids in minutes. I did have a small issue that was totally my fault and had to contact customer support. They responded within minutes and took care of my issue. Im back up and gaming with the kids.
