> 3 dayI bought these struts as a cheap replacement for the oem struts on my camry. They work really well and have alot of power to easily and quickly lift the hood. They are not hard to compress, I am able to close the hood with ease. Other struts can be expensive, well over seventy dollars, but these are are a great economic choice. Will see how long they last

> 3 dayAs described. A little expensive but it should hold up until I salvage the car. The only con is when you want to close the hood which often requires more force than oem model.

> 3 dayAffordable replacement for the original hood struts. They fit fine but despite the instructions stating to install them in the same direction as the original pair. One end is slightly tilted while the other is straight. Tilted must install on the hood per the OE, leaving the rod facing down attached to the body and with the receiving cylinder attached to the hood. Other than this discrepancy the product does indeed hold the hood up.

> 3 dayA great replacement for the 2012 Toyota Camry SE, original parts from Toyota were very pricey/expensive as this purchase from Amazon is much more affordable. The hood struts were an easy install and seem to be holding up really well. Can’t beat the price and the value for your money. Great purchase
