Build quality is exceptional. Has nail holes and screw holes for traditional mounting. I used the nail method and hung a 45lb samsung 65inch above a fireplace. Installation was easy and instructions were hilarious and entertaining. Will buy more from this supplier. Read some reviews saying their level was off, so I used the level on my phone to hang. Shouldn’t have, the level that came with was dead on. If this happens to you where the tv is slightly off level, I was able to put some standard wedge shims in the back (between where the two mounts mate together) and got it pretty close without having to remount. Very impressed with the stability, and the nail holders built into the mount. Easiest nails I’ve ever hammered. 5+ stars

Was skeptical about my 50” Samsung series 7 on a stud less wall mount. Tv feels like it’s maybe 30ishLbs and Due to a random metal stud or thick metal wire, that I didn’t pick up with my stud finder, I had to nail it in with 2 nails missing making me even more nervous to hang it. But since this is supposed to hold up to 100lbs I figured I’d give it a try since I’m pretty much positive my tv is under 50lbs, and it’s been 2 weeks on the wall and still seems solid. I have their other (stud) mount that pulls out from the wall and can be tilted up and down and I love that thing too, especially since it was around $70-75 and is comparable to other brands in the 150-200 price range and that one feels extremely sturdy too and turns/tilts very well. I will definitely keep getting mounts from Echogear as long as their prices stay reasonable.

I am in my mid-seventies and installed this myself. It was very easy. I wasnt too sure about the level, so I used my own. The only thing I needed help with was lifting the TV.

If you’re looking to hang up a TV on the wall, look no further! No need to find studs! Easiest install ever! I bought this after struggling to find the studs in the wall for another mount. I wish I had bought this one sooner. I was getting charged $300 to mount my 65 inch tv and with this I saved a lot of money.

The idea of the built in level and being able to be hung directly on sheet rock made this an easy purchase. I can see how this product would be easy to install but the level wasn’t level. As you can see from the photos I posted, the bubble to indicate if level or not was centered but the wall mount was crooked. When putting my own level against it you could clearly see the gap and how off it was. Once I used my level to get it straight, you can see the level on the product is way off. As far as sturdiness this is a great product. I recommend for sure but I suggest using another level to ensure it truly is straight before adding 32 nails into the wall. It wasn’t very easy to get them out to make it straight.

Everyone doubted the mount and actually still do! But when I seen it and looked at the reviews I knew this was the product I needed! The two TVs are 65inch. Super easy to install only problem I had was putting the tv up and that’s because I mounted it higher up and it’s a 65inch ! But with a friend it was no problem.

So I rarely right reviews and I was very skeptical about this. I mean a tv mount that doesnt need studs to be hold up??? I called bs all day! Lemme tell you this works! I hung it up with the possibility of hitting just one stud (dont know if I did) and call it stupid (cause it probably was) I literally got a grip on it and hung me full body weight on it for a good 5 seconds and it didnt budge a bit. My tvs 65 inches and I dont know the exact weight of it but I weigh 197 pounds so take what you get from this review and do what you want with it

This is one of the best products I’ve purchased on Amazon, period. I was not able to use a full motion mount like I wanted to because the interior drywall in my condo didn’t have wood studs, only thin metal beams. I ended up returning that mount (which was more considerably more expensive) and I’m so glad that all happened because this worked out well beyond my expectations and looks so great and flush!! It’s high quality, the instructions are beyond clear (and funny-a theme with this brand), it’s super sturdy and strong, way more than the more expensive mount I had purchased before! I’m a user experience designer, and everything about this product is designed incredibly well, even the packaging, the attached leveling system that doubles as a locking mechanism is genius! The 32 nails are holding up my 46lb 65” LG more than enough. If you’re looking for a drywall mount, look no further, you won’t regret it!

I had an older curved 55eg9600 LG TV (CURVED and 3D, surely its future proof, right? haha) where the only mount that would certainly fit was made by LG and no longer available. Using some of the included spacers, I was able to mount the TV. Highly recommended, this is my second echogear mount and I have somehow developed brand loyalty to a company that makes TV mounts. Who would have thought?

This is a great mount with an amazing instruction book. I highly recommend it.
