Greater than one weekI am in my mid-seventies and installed this myself. It was very easy. I wasnt too sure about the level, so I used my own. The only thing I needed help with was lifting the TV.

Greater than one weekThis was very easy assembled but the very last step of attaching the TV to the wall was a little intimidating. I always wish there would be a video with audio and visual instructions when I buy products to be assembled or installed or both. But I’m very happy with EchoGear and will purchase another.

Greater than one weekThe only thing that worked for my 65 curved tv. My old tv mount would never level with the curved tv. But its perfect now. It is very low profile.

> 3 dayEveryone doubted the mount and actually still do! But when I seen it and looked at the reviews I knew this was the product I needed! The two TVs are 65inch. Super easy to install only problem I had was putting the tv up and that’s because I mounted it higher up and it’s a 65inch ! But with a friend it was no problem.

21-11-2024Like others said I was kind of skeptical. The level on the item is pretty far off so use your own. For extra support I used 2 screws in the other holes into anchored drywall. Just in case. Otherwise easy to install and hang.

> 3 dayI had used a similar mount which my son purchased at Walmart and was very skeptical that this type of mount would work. His TV was 47 and did not weigh much. I was surprised how well it worked and when he moved and needed to take down the TV it was very easy (just remove the nails) and only pin holes were left in the wall. I had purchased a new 65 TV and figured I would use the same mount he had purchased, but the mount only supported TVs which were up to 50 and weighed no more than 80 lbs. I started searching and came upon the Echogear model. According to the specs it would work with my TV. I loved the idea of a built in level and lock mechanism. I did most of the work myself and only needed someone to hold the mount in order for me to put in the first two screws and again when lifting the TV onto the mount. I would highly recommend this product. It is sturdy, easy to install and leaves only tiny nail holes in the wall.

> 3 dayI want to preface this by saying this is a great TV mount. If you are looking for a not-so-fancy mount that is affordable and extremely simple to install, then look no further because this definitely has the most bang for its buck. The ONLY reason Im giving this an overall 4/5 star review is because the built-in level is slightly deceiving. When you are installing the wall bracket, place a different level on both sides of the metal bracket to ensure you are perfectly level. The first time I installed the bracket, the built-in level said I was perfectly level, but when I hung the TV up it was apparent it was slightly crooked. This is because the plastic box in which the built-in level is situated is not completely motionless (I was reading only from the built-in level, which was slightly crooked due to it not being 100% fixed, so my TV was slightly crooked when I hanged it.) I simply took out all the nails, moved the plate a few inches higher, and re-installed it using my own level and everything looks fantastic!
