> 24 hourI bought this for a small skin lesion. Possibly basil cell..I put it on twice a day for a month and it has healed nicely. Also really nice to add to your moisturizer.

> 24 hourI have been using Eden products for years, and I know I can trust them. This works for cramps from Crohns disease. I add a few drops to Olive oil and rub some on my skin. It works really well.

> 24 hourIf you are hoping for the churchy frankincense smell, this is NOT it. It is very mild, slightly peppery smell with the faintest hint of frankincense smell. To be honest, I am not familiar with this Indian variety and so I dont want to give a low rating because this is a great company but I feel they should explain the differences of scent more. Im sure it is real, and has its own benefits. I later purchased the carterii variety and that is the churchy smelling one. I dont know what freeana is like but I dont like to have to purchase lots of similar items.

> 24 hourI wanted to get a higher quality oil that would be more potent for diffusing since an Aura Cacia oil from Whole Foods barely had a scent in my diffuser. I researched the four main Frankincense oil types and I’m glad I chose this variety based off of reviews from the EG website. it smells better than Carterii in my opinion and a little different than Sacra, not as overwhelming. Smelled slightly spicy in the envelope but it diffuses nicely and Eden’s Garden being high quality two drops in the small diffuser are more than enough to fill a room. Looking forward to trying it topically for skincare and getting other EG oils for diffuser!
