> 24 hourGreat value for someone who prefers to take capsules over powders but it is still more expensive than cheaper creatine capsules. I just prefer these over other brands and it last for 3-4 months. I take (2) during my workouts (Im 200 pounds). You never get an upset stomach either and I have with regular creatine. How many times have you heard that you need to drink the powders fast and not let them sit in water? Thats why I prefer capsules. Plus convenience! :) I take C4 per-workout and XTend or AminoLast during my workout and also add more BCAA, BA, and this product. I have results even at age 50 to know this works. Post workout is either a smoothie with whey or a whey ready to drink. Prefer a smoothie when I have time but the ready to drink when I need to head to work.

> 24 hourI tried this for about two/three months straight and the results were quick and very very noticeable. I started taking one capsule before my workout and another after my workout. After repeating this process for about a month then I decided to do two before and two after my workout (just as stated on the instructions). Well soon after I started feeling discomfort under my left rib area and the back side as well. At first I thought it was something that would go away soon but the discomfort lasted for almost two months. I stopped taking the capsules and maybe three weeks later the discomfort slowly started to go away. At this point I was really doubting the safety of this product. So I started doing more research and found out that there’s possible side effects of this that could effect your kidneys. The symptoms are pain/discomfort on the same areas where I was feeling the discomfort. By then, I was pretty sure the capsules were to blame for and so I decided to not take them again. It was unfortunate because my body progression went down after I stopped taking them. After seeing my body physique not changing as much I decided to start taking them again. I started with just one before my workout. Well I soon found out that one was enough, because the discomfort came back that same day I took this capsules. This is just my own personal experience, stay safe. I would suggest to stop taking them. After all this is not approved by the FDA. And it was recalled in Canada for many issues including kidney failure. Stay away.

> 24 hourDefinite difference in pump and stamina, especially in my arms compared to their strength before I started the supplement. Now when I flex its really popping!! No bloating has been noted as Im 50 and 103lbs, small frame, rectangle shaped/apple.. I would notice right away, but so far Ive had no bloating at all. Because they say to be cautious with water and to make sure that you get enough while taking any form of creatine, Ive started tracking to make sure Ive ingested at least 3-4 cups of water (since the time I wake up) before taking the first two, then I go through about another 3 cups during my workout if not more, and keep going thereafter. I wouldnt skimp on the water.. at a minimum, Ive had 8 cups while taking this and Ive experienced no cramping. Well see how it goes, hopefully I can gain some weight!

> 24 hourIm exceptionally impressed with kre-alkalyn. I used to do creatine monohydrate when I was playing football (years and years ago) but I found the side effects to be a bit overwhelming. Without getting into the graphic details, Ill just say that my system didnt handle it well. A friend recently told me about kre-alkalyn and I decided I would give it a try as Im getting really into boxing. Within a period of days Ive noticed substantial increases in my endurance level (big enough that they arent coming from me only). Going longer and harder in the gym is helping me expedite the training process. Bottom line is this: the product does what I want it to and I havent had any side effects. Im exceptionally happy with it and would recommend it even if you have had problems with creatine monohydrate in the past. For ten-twenty bucks a bottle, try it and take it as recommended. If you dont like it for some reason how much are you really out?

> 24 hourI took the whole bottle. I took 6 pills a day which is roughly 5 grams a day. I really didn’t notice a gain in strength or stamina. I have read it is harder for your body to absorb creatine in pill form. I switched to straight creatine monohydrate powder after I was finished with this bottle and I’m seeing improvements. Could it be this set me up for the positive gains by the time I switched to powder? Could be, but I don’t know for sure. Won’t give 5 stars but can’t give 1. It’s right in the middle for me.

> 24 hourThis is a great supplement for adding that extra edge that you want. Creatine mono gave me cramps, nasty bathroom visits, and was hard to remember when to cycle. Creatine Ether Ester is pretty close to this but you have to take a lot more pills. This was a nice breath of fresh air to only take a few pills a day. I noticed a lot more reps at the end of my sets and have gone up in weight as well. Definately recommend. Ive been on this for about 9 months and and currently on a break from it. Ya, you dont have to stop or cycle it but I like to take a break from it to see if it really gave me results or if it was just in my head. Since I have been off of it I feel like a have to try a lot harder in my workouts now. When I was on it the extra reps and weight were just there...like it was a deep reserve or energy. I didnt have to work as hard...if that even makes sense.
