I have been using this for a few months now so I can write a good review. I’m completely happy with this product. This is exactly what I was looking for in a quality ph-balanced Creatine. The pump Im getting form this product is awesome and unlike any I have experienced before. Ive had varied success with other brands (there are a lot out there) but have never stuck with one due to never quite feeling like I was getting my moneys worth or being completely satisfied. I do not use a lot of supplements and I have to pick and choose quality products since there are only so many you should be using at once. I feel like this is the best you can get. I was stalling out on some of my lifts but I believe my success with pushing through and continuing to progress in my program is attributed to this Creatine booster. I was ready to switch programs but no longer have a need. I stack this with my pre-workout shake and it’s all that I need. I’m really starting to see gains. I had absolutely no crash after the workouts, no side effects during or after use. I just get strength throughout the workout. I highly recommend this Kre-Alkalyn Creatine by All-American EFX for anyone looking for that extra edge during your workouts. You will not be disappointed at all. I’ll be ordering the large sized container of these capsules next time for sure.

Honestly, I have to question if this stuff is actually creatine, or if its steroids, with a creatine label slapped on it. This stuff works so insanely well, that I seriously have to ask that question. Not that I truly think this is steroids, but man, it sure feels like it. The first thing I notice when I use it, is my stamina increases in the gym. I stay on average 20-45 mins longer than normal. There have been times where I have worked out for nearly 2 hours, just because I dont feel like leaving. Thats insane to me, given the fact that I am a man who cuts corners at every given opportunity. Second thing I notice, is that generally after a week or so, my strength starts to explode. Weights begin to feel lighter, and my movements become more explosive. I feel like I want to push and press the weight up in the air and catch it. Its crazy. Ive never felt this way from anything legal. This is a very, very inexpensive way to dramatically increase your workout effectiveness. This isnt anything where youre going to gain 10 lbs of muscle in a month, but I generally gain 3-4 lbs of muscle every 4-6 week cycle I use it. I take 2 capsules pre-workout, and 1-2 capsules post workout. On non-workout days, just 2 capsules. The ONLY thing I dont like about it, is the fillers and artificial coloring in the capsules. Totally unnecessary. I dont care that the pills are purple colored. Crazy, crazy good supplement in spite of the artificial colorings and fillers. I highly recommend it to anyone who lifts.

This is a great supplement for adding that extra edge that you want. Creatine mono gave me cramps, nasty bathroom visits, and was hard to remember when to cycle. Creatine Ether Ester is pretty close to this but you have to take a lot more pills. This was a nice breath of fresh air to only take a few pills a day. I noticed a lot more reps at the end of my sets and have gone up in weight as well. Definately recommend. Ive been on this for about 9 months and and currently on a break from it. Ya, you dont have to stop or cycle it but I like to take a break from it to see if it really gave me results or if it was just in my head. Since I have been off of it I feel like a have to try a lot harder in my workouts now. When I was on it the extra reps and weight were just there...like it was a deep reserve or energy. I didnt have to work as hard...if that even makes sense.

If you are lifting without taking Creatine then you are missing out on the gains. With normal creatine monohydrate most studies have shown that taking 5 grams daily will boost the amount of muscle created (after 1 month compared to those who didnt take creatine mono). Kre-Alkalyn changes this by stating that their ph balanced formula of creatine monohydrate means you can take less and still get that greater muscle increase. According to their marketing campaign, you just need to take two pills daily (1.5 grams of Kre-Alkalyn). What the studies have not shown, is how kre-alkalyn compares to normal creatine mono, since the studies just showed if they take their two pills they will be stronger than those that took nothing. I personally have noticed a decline in muscle mass at two pills, and I take upwards of 4-6 daily (I am used to taking around 3 grams of creatine hcl in a pre-workout). I have found that creatine HCL (which is water soluble creatine so it is not effected by acidity either), does a much better job in the 3 gram area I had to choose between the two. For the price, I would not buy these pills and would much rather buy creatine hcl or just get a quality pre-workout that includes creatine hcl such as pre-jym or c4 extreme.

My husband says it’s the best Creatine hands down!! Easy on the GI Tract and it gives him a great energy boost. He takes 2 daily and on his workout days he takes an extra 2 about 30 minutes prior to his workout with awesome results!!!

I have been using this creatine for years. The results are great without having to mix powder or worry about getting enough water to avoid cramping. Easy to transport and affordable. I would recommend for anyone.

I’ve held off doing an evaluation until I saw results. The bottle is almost gone. I can tell that I have more definition and it seems like I’m able to lift significant more weight. I know the results of my normal workouts and I’ve seen an uptick in the results in the past 30 days. I’ve ordered more. I do recommend this product
