This board is great, I love it. Except for the fact it seems to always be leaning to one side. The construction is a little off. I will just be riding along on a straight path, and itll slowly veer right. I have had this board for a few months and ride it several times a week, so I can assure you its not the surfaces I am riding on - it is the board. I have seen this complained about in other reviews - I hope the company is able to fix this small quirk because other than that this board is great considering its size.

Very fun board! Takes a little getting use to the small size but once you do it’s a ton of fun. The small size makes it easy to pack to take on plane trips.

Love the EggBoard! This is honestly the most compact skateboard Ive ever owned, and facilitates a working- or student-lifestyle when you just need to zoom quickly from place to place, within a close geography. Best suited for flat, or gently-hilled, areas, and those wide wheels allow for easy flow over bumps, cracks, stray gravel, etc. The one suggestion Id make for Eggboard II would be to add a slight kicktail -- mainly just to stabilize the back-end, not so much for trick-potential (though that would be cool) as for control. I had bought this board for my daughter to learn on, kinda like Skateboarding 101, and honestly I think she (and all beginners) would benefit from just a bit of traction on the back-end so that the rear foot doesnt ever slip. Seasoned skateboarders should have no problem (I certainly havent), but beginner skaters would really benefit from that added stability. Keep up the good work, Eggboards, and as a teacher at a sustainability school in Hawaii, we really appreciate your dedication to bamboo, minimal waste, etc. Thanks for a great ride!

This was my first ever board and let me tell you... AMAZING! Small enough to carry easily, and so fun and smooth to ride! You will love it! Great if you’ve been riding for a long time, and great for beginners like myself too.

Right out of the box, it’s smooth and stable. It took a bit of time to get used to the short deck, but once you get the hang of it, it’s lots of fun! Great quality: the deck feels solid, and the trucks and wheels are good for general cruising.

this is the best board for beginners because it is a very wide board and have big wheels and it keeps it sturdy also it is very durable and Im a beginner and I love this product

Our granddaughter will be going to ASU in the fall. Long board didn’t work. Loved the size and ability to transport. She is extremely comfortable riding this board. She loves it!

Hi ! My parents offered to me an eggboard. I really love it, its too easy to skate with and ride over the city. We live in Paris and its easy to take it everywhere with me. Bought for my son, an intermediate skater who has been on penny boards for years, and uses it to get between classes at college. He was excited to ride it. He crashed the Eggboard hard, and refused to get back on. He said the shortness of the board, and the large amount of exposed wheel was causing rubs that were unsafe. Hmmm... I put 129mm trucks and 60mm wheels with a riser on the Eggboard. He loves it now. Good stability, great carving, but way less wheel hanging out to rub on. Reused the Eggboard trucks/wheels on an 8in deck, perfect for longer rides around the neighborhood. Cool specialty board. Fun cruiser.

I just got my eggboard yesterday, and I am already in love. I had never skateboarded or longboarded before I got this awesome thing, and yet I had no issues picking up how to ride it. Its so fun to cruise around the street on. Im excited to get on it again. The size is perfect and even though its short, the egg shape widens the deck and makes it so your feet arent dangling off and you can maintain balance. Im in my early 20s and not particularly athletic and a complete novice. But I am having so much fun with my eggboard. If you are itching to buy one, do it. You wont regret it. Its as fun as it looks.
