> 24 hourI use this bottle to store a compound acid product called On&Off that’s used to clean boat hulls. Over the years of storage it destroys the plastic bottle cap that it’s sold with and that’s a hazard. I combined two partial bottles into this container, both were at least 10 years old and one had completely rotted thru the cap. Nowadays I only use this acid to soak my ceramic knife sharpener rods periodically to dissolve the metal that accumulate on them from use.

> 24 hourI bought this to store reactants in while testing minerals, and it has been perfect for holding the larger volumes (up to 500 ml). The glass is pretty thin but has turned out to be sturdy (borosilicate glass) and has not been damaged by reasonable temperatures used to clean the glass (say up to 180 F). The cap is extremely nice but it is only a stopper, it does not screw on, so ALWAYS pick up the flask using the glass and not the stopper (it fits tightly but you never know when either temperature expansion of internal pressure has loosened it). So far, no solution have damaged either the glass or the stopper, and I have only run into one instance of a VERY stubborn stain that I eventually dissolved away. The bottle requires a bent or curved brush to clean it (narrow mouth, wide bottle).

> 24 hourWell made product for my acid. Takes a label very well, so I do not attempt to drink it.

> 24 hourUsing it to store prepared solutions air-tight in my fridge. Works well and pours very predictably.
