EK Tools Circle Punch, 1.25-Inch, New Package

I was using this with a one inch of another brand, on chipboard for the crafts I do. Well on the first piece, the El - Junko brand fell apart in pieces. No more cute R-2 D-2 looking contraption. But this one from EK, an inch and a half, trooped right through I did the whole board in under a minute. Had well established circles exactly how I needed them. Very happy with this brand. However I will warn about others. They arent all alike. EK seems to have a good thing going on with their engineering and QC. Ill take functional over cute any day. Thanks.

Would have been better if you guys designed it with the hole on top so that when youre getting ready to punch it, we know itll be centered... I have to use this upside down, to be able to do that.

Wow- the product photos do not represent the size and heft of this punch. In the past I have purchased many plastic circle punches that break after a short amount of usage. This punch is not flimsy, its heavy and large in size, the back side is open so that you can see the image that you are cutting. Highly recommend, will never go back to the plastic crap!

I use this to cut circles in thick coated phosphorus match strike paper. The cutter extremely heavy duty ( I was surprised because if its price point) and cuts a crisp circle. So happy with it, I purchased a smaller size as well. Thank you for a Great product at a very good price!

Great product just sad that wrong size was received when ordering it say 1.25 received 1.1/4 I was excited to get it to use it for my business now I have to find another one from another buyer. Im afraid to order again and get wrong size again. Gave it a 4 because of wrong item received.

My Hubby uses these in making small items for his online business. Whether punching paper, sheet, or roll plastics the EK Success Circle Punch does well with all but stretchy items.Stretchy it just does not do. While either working blind or getting popped in the face (open side up) is a pain, theres just no better, inexpensive tool for the job.

Other than the dementions this is a sturdy nice little device.

This is nice for cutting out buttons. It’s heavy and high quality. I love that I can see what I’m punching out. Makes it very easy to center the images for a perfect punch.

I really like this tool. It has a nice weight to it and punches through paper very well. It even has a little latch to keep it closed too when not in use. However, I bought it with the purpose of cutting out artwork to use for my button maker to create 1.25 buttons and the cut outs are too small. When you assemble the paper to the button, the paper does not wrap around the button fully. Their size of the cut out needs to be a bit bigger. Lesson learned.

The circle punch was shipped in a bubble envelope. For a supposedly new one, it looked older and more used compared to the ones I own of the same brand, but I kept it because I needed it quick, the price was good and it works perfectly Problem was not the item, but the packaging, or as I now suspect - repackaging. When I reached in and grabbed the top of the package, the punch slid out!I I had no idea it was already open at the bottom. I want to be clear, the bottom cardboard piece was missing- completely ripped off of the package. I was lucky I was quick enough to remove my foot before it hit, but luckier when my quick foot movement startled my dog enough for him to jump out of the way- the punch barely missing his head before landing on carpet. Great circle punch but terrible repackaging Amazon!
