> 3 dayJust received it today and already used it. Very nice and compact, very easy to use and get the circles close to perfect!! The only thing I didnt like was the lock is pretty much where you press down to cut it. If I was only punching a few things it would have been ok, but I had quite a lot to punch. All in all Loved this product!! Now a complaint about the package shipped to me, not the box it was shipped in (which was perfect). The Box the punch was in was all ripped up and looked like it was a return. When item states its brand new that is what is expected. If this was a gift, it would have been sent back. Amazon needs to pay more attention to the condition they send something out. Quality Control Please!!

> 3 dayThis is nice for cutting out buttons. It’s heavy and high quality. I love that I can see what I’m punching out. Makes it very easy to center the images for a perfect punch.

> 3 dayLove EK punches. I needed to replace my 1” due to my hubby using it outside in his shop... so decided to get the 1.25 and 1.5 as well. Will be making some layered circles. Best to use just with plain paper - nothing sticky!

> 3 dayI make 1 inch pin back buttons and this produces the perfect size blank for that purpose. The design is very sturdy feeling and the cutting element is nice and sharp. The locking mechanism for storage is quite clever.

> 3 dayI needed a punch that would cut through laminated paper. I did not know how difficult it would be to find something to cut out a circle. I opened my package right away when I received my punch and tried it on a scrap of lamination (with regular paper and 5 mil laminate) and it cut without any problem. Then I tried 110 card stock with 5 mil lamination and that worked as well. This is the best punch you can buy!

> 3 daythis has been a very helpful tool. I use this on this cardboard and tetra pak without a problem. So much easier than cutting out circles. The only thing I would change is to be able to see from the top. I usually turn it upside down so I can align the paper just so, but that seems to be working just fine (just a bit more work on the forearms)

Greater than one weekA friends non profit was organizing a fundraiser, and needed some gifts made, so I purchased this punch, so that I may create 300 custom fantasy token coins, to be given away, at a Mad Hatter/ Alice in Wonderland themed party. The coins turned out beautifully. The punch created the perfect size disc every time. The trick is to turn the punch upside-down, so that you are looking directly at the interior metal cutter and frame plate. Place your artwork face up and line up the paper, so that you can see that the art centered, exactly where you would like to see the punch, cut out the shape. Every edge was crisp and precise.

> 3 dayItem works great. I needed this odd size to punch out my signature stamp for the back of the cards I make. I got tired of fussy cutting them and not be neat. This solved my issue. I would gladly purchase from this seller again.

> 3 dayI bought this to cut vinyl sheet to make discs for an air burst rocket. A pack of 60 discs costs $5.25 plus shipping. The vinyl material costs almost nothing. So after about 100 discs this would pay for itself. My first experiment with it was disappointing. The plastic was too thin and the punch did not cut all the way through, making the edges very rough and difficult to remove. However, the next material I tried worked perfectly. I was able to crank out a bunch of discs in no time. The rocket is so much fun to use that I felt I needed an unlimited supply and I didnt want to feel like I was draining my pocketbook to use it. I am really glad I found and bought this. It works great on paper too.
