The two tying tools, two rolls 16.4ft balloon tape strips, two rolls balloon glue dot stickers, and two flower clips were not included. I cannot speak on machine performance because I have not used it yet, but be aware.

We used it and it worked wonderful. There are two different ways to use it.

This pump works fine for regular balloons, but I read that it would work for twisting balloons too, and it most certainly does not. I had a huge gig and wanted something to help with inflating possibly hundreds of 260s. Manual pumping takes too long in large venues with long lines. This pump gave me absolutely nothing as far has inflation for the long skinny balloons I was using. Had to return to my manual pumps, making the kids wait longer. I did give it to a colleague who needed help with regular round balloons for a decoration, and it worked for her, so its not a total loss. But if youre looking for something for a full day of balloon animals, look elsewhere.
