> 3 dayThe last version of raspberry pi that I have previously bought was a raspberry pi 2B. I didnt go for the 3B as I was happy with the 2B to run OSMC and operate a bird camera. However, the 3B+ has upgraded its on-board wifi hardware and ethernet net connection (to about 224 Mbps). I have a gigabit LAN so was interested for faster transfer speeds as well as a significant processor speed increase in relation to the pi 2B. I have installed it into a retro gaming rig which runs RetroPie and Kodi (RecalBox doesnt officially support pi 3B+ at time of writing). It makes a pretty cool setup when put into a GeeekPi Retroflag case which looks like a mini NES. Will now free up one of my 2Bs for other projects.

18-11-2024prima esperienza con Raspberry. Sto seguendo una guida on line. Installato Raspbian e sembra funzionare. Ho montato questa scheda su un case, ho collegato monitor via HDMI, tastiera e mouse USB, alimentatore e... zero. Non succedeva niente. Ho collegato anche un cavo ethernet e... è partito! non ho ancora installato Home Assistant, e quindi la mia recensione per il momento finisce qui.
