Elgato Stream Deck MK.2 – Studio Controller, 15 macro keys, trigger actions in apps and software like OBS, Twitch, ​YouTube and more, works with Mac and PC

Bought this for my gaming husband, he loves it and uses it everyday.

I use it for literally everything for my Apple MacBook Pro, from Zoom meetings, to inserting symbols, using websites, text blocks, signatures, opening files - great for Zoom meetings, and MUCH more. It seems to be easiest to set up on Apple computers as two friends tried to set up on PCs and it thoroughly frustrated them to point they returned units.

I bought this for my husband as a fathers day gift, he is a content creator on several platforms and he LOVES this thing and so does his viewers/fans. He uses it for different transitions for his streaming, to make fun noises for the fans, to use the voice changer thing, and all kinds of other things I honestly know very little about. He is always raving to his fellow content creators they should get one. It has held up really well the buttons are still shiny and look good even with lots of daily use. The packaging was nice, and we havent had to call tech support.

Works as advertised.

Tenía mis dudas sobre usar un streamdeck, si realmente aportaba. Son un poco caros pero la verdad es que agilizan mucho el streaming una vez lo tienes configurado. Ahora quizás echo de menos el que es un poco más grande para hacerme más facil añadir alguna escena y transicion etc, pero para lo q hace un streamer amateur ocasional como yo este cumple. Muy contento en general.

Llego rápido, y necesario para el diada día también, no solo para Streaming buenísimo lo recomiendo.

If youre considering one, get one. The only regret I have is not getting the big one. This thing is amazing. High quality hardware and software. I love it and the stream loves it too.

My son and I are using this in conjunction with OBS on a Windows 10 PC. Its a starter PC for my son, so the specs arent outrageous. Its wildly versatile, and having a separate profile for any program launched means it can be used as an awesome macro trigger when its not in use for recording.

I got a defective unit, bottom right corner button gets stuck (as if to be pressed without letting go, so instead of b I get bbbbbbbbbb this because a serious issue pending what hotkey I assign to it. Other than that works well and I love customizing the buttons. I am not the only person to have this issue (another reviewer had the exact same issue when pushing the right corner button or its adjacent buttons). The ox I received was previously opened (packing stickers already cut open and contents not organized). I had a longer review but it was rejected. Hopefully my replacement will not have these issues and I will amend my review and improve the rating.

I was contemplating getting this for a long time. Ive been streaming for a few years now, but since Im not fulltime by any means- it was hard to justify it. I only have one monitor though so I often have to alt/tab to adjust volumes and music etc. This was definitely a splurge, but it was worth the money. I personally find it useful, and it saves me from having to buy a second monitor. The buttons work great, and theres a lot of customization. I love that you can put things into folders, so instead of feeling like you only have 15 shortcuts, you get an extra 14 for each button you make a folder. Hopefully that makes sense! Overall, if you have the money and want to make an investment for streaming- go for it!
