Elite Montessori Object Permanence Box with Tray and Ball

Ball was missing. The top of the ball drop was damaged/ scratched. Truly disappointed.

The object permanence box is a traditional Montessori material that is designed to foster the concept of object permanence, things still exist even when you can’t see them. It also indirectly helps them develop focus and concentration and gives them practice developing fine motor skills through the whole-hand grasp. The box was designed exactly as the Montessori!

I have a 14 month old baby girl. This drop ball is the perfect size for her, It’s nice and big. The finish is smooth. It is well made, the ball slides out smoothly no matter what, unlike other drop ball toys I’ve tried before, sometimes I would need to shake the ball out. This did not catch her attention right off the box due to the lack of color. However, it does have a red color on one side. I just wish they painted it a little more kid friendly, so it’ll be more inviting. The slide inside the box is rough. It’s not a smooth finish unlike the exterior part. Which can be a risk of getting splinter... My baby puts her hand in the box so I have to keep an eye out on that. Also that is something to consider when buying wooden toys, is the finish. Aside from that, this toy does serve it’s purpose in learning and it is affordable.

Mine didn’t arrive with wood ball.. it was really cheap plastic ball. I opened the box so I miss the chance to return it..

Quality is great. Recommend for 1+ over.

Sharp edged and ball gets stuck in the box... Other than that well made.

Wonderful toy, captures the attention of 8 mos old and our 18 mos old!

It get my kid attention and start trying to put the ball in the hole after couple of time.

This came to my door about a month after ordering. My daughter was 9 months old at the time and has really enjoyed this toy. It came with a red wooden ball instead of the white plastic one in the photo. It is made decently enough.
