> 3 dayI bought this movie to add to my Cinderella movie collection, but found it has really very little to do with Cinderella other than the odd reference. Youll see a girl named Elle whose uncle wonders where she is at midnight, but no step-mother or glass slipper. However putting that technicality aside, it is a really sweet movie with wonderful music. I find that anything with Sterling Knight is outstanding due to his superb acting ability. He presents a tender and gentle quality, and those blue eyes would make anyone melt. Ashley Hewitt also does a good acting and musical performance. This story is more of a rags to riches story and about following your dreams. Its also about honesty and being true to yourself. Elle is the daughter of musicians who were tragically killed in a plane crash as she was about to do her Berkley audition. She is adopted by her Dads best friend whom she calls her uncle and who is a music producer. Ty Parker is a big music star whom Elle has been secretly in love with since she was a little girl. When she meets Ty she is dressed like a princess and puts up a masquerade, because she is afraid to reveal to him who she really is. Its a lovely romantic movie with nothing offensive, and many touching moments. I particularly like the Courage to Love montage with Elle and Ty. Fairy tales and happy endings can come true! Although I was a tad disappointed that it isnt truly Cinderella Id definitely recommend it.

> 3 dayCharming story of a young singer, Elle, who is discovered despite some obstacles. A cute romance with her meeting a childhood star who recognizes her talent and falls in love with her. Several other singers and one imposter do everything to embarass her and prevent her success. Good for any audience.

> 3 dayThe acting was so terrible, I would actually show this people to show them what bad acting is. Sterling Knight was fine in the movie but even he could not save it. I feel like Taylor Swift would be better at acting, infact, I wanted her for the main actress instead of the main actress we got. Other than that, the story is sweet and I just love Sterling Knight. For some reason, Sterling is in a lot of no name movies or student films, so it is really hard to watch him act in anything anymore. But, really I cared nothing about the romance or the plot and I love Cinderella movies.

> 3 dayI came across this gem on the prime movies--I only watched it to try and determine whether the main character was a girl or boy. Her face seemed overly photoshopped in the front cover so I had to see. That was a mistake, I only fast forwarded to try and get a decent view of her face but the quality was so bad that it seemed to be blurring her face out on purpose (and yes Ive decided its a woman because I looked her up on IMDB). Also the main actress seemed to realize how ugly her face was because she kept putting her freaking hair in her face. Like move it out of the way, people cant get stuff done in real life with hair in their eyes. The few parts I did watch the acting was so bad I was wondering how these people are paid actors/actresses. Like seriously? A sheep could do a better job than the three evil step-sister trio whatever they are. Especially the one troll sidekick who just repeated what the main mean girl said and didnt seem to know she was in a movie. I dont know why but I get the feeling shes dim-witted in real life. I was also surprised that this was made in 2010--the clothing made it seem like some trashy early 2000s movie. Overall, the movie sucked, the main character is in fact a girl, and so is her love-interest (or at least he dresses like one). Also the best friend was overly annoying and pushing.

> 3 dayCute, modern version of Cinderella if she were a singer, but with a bad, English accent.
