> 3 dayMy *go to* glue stick. Goes on purple so you can see where you have placed the glue, but dries clear. Dries very quickly. Elmers is a name I can trust for adhesives.

> 3 dayI bought this pack after reading so many reviews that fellow 3D printer operators use this. Im adding to the number; These glue sticks are EXCELLENT for application to my 3D printers build plate. Im using 6 inch painters tape with glue applied from one of these sticks, and my printed parts either barely warp or they dont warp at all. Im still on the first stick of this pack of three but when Im on the last stick I will certainly buy more!

> 3 dayWhen I got my first 3D printer my biggest problem was keeping my print jobs stuck to the printers hot bed. Nothing more frustrating than having a10 hr print job coming loose at 9 hrs and failing! I read reports that some people were using the purple Elmers glue sticks on their printers with success, so I tried it and was amazed how well it works! I smear the glue on from the handy retractable glue stick, then I take a 1/2 paint brush, dip it in plain water, and work the glue over the bed. Once the bed heats up, the glue turns from purple to clear and is ready for the print job. After the job is printed I remove my flexible magnetic bed cover and bend it to pop off the finished print. I swish the surface again with my wet paint brush and the surface is ready for the next job. I dont usually apply the glue again until Ive gone through three or four print jobs so it is extremely economical. If you are printing on a glass bed its a little more difficult to get the prints off. Youll need your spatula/putty knife and I sometimes drip some water around the print to help loosen it. It is a small price to pay for the peace of mind of your print job not coming loose!
