> 24 hourI ordered this when I discovered cross stitch, and have used just over half of it at this point! It separates easily, and is sturdy enough to withstand long runs of cross stitching. The colors are beautiful and so far seem colorfast. I am currently doing an Imperial Trooper in red and white and there is no bleeding from the red, and I havent had to set anything in vinegar either! I love these and the colors are great! Thank you!

> 24 hourI don’t know what idiot wound up the thread individually but I have only gotten through 17 colors in 4 hours because they are knotted. ALL OF THEM ARE KNOTTED. Some of them have been cut and tied together to make them longer. This is ridiculous!!!!!!! I have had to throw out 7 colors so far. I am beyond pissed.

> 24 hourOk, so first of all this floss is not EXACTLY like DMC. Firstly, its not cotton. Secondly its not EXACTLY the same colors. However, I bought the huge color collection that contains well over 400 colors all numbered like DMC. I compared the colors to the DMC floss I have. (And I have a lot!) The Athenas Elements floss color numbers do coincide with the DMC color numbers. However, none are exactly the same, but many are very, very close. I will use this to make cross stitch bookmarks and small projects. But I dont reccomend you use these as a substitute for a WIP that youve run out of a DMC color and want to continue with Athenas. It wont exactly match. But Im super happy with my purchase. Its perfect for what I need it for!
