> 3 dayThe bulbs are bright even at 40W. This is what the room needed as I prefer the daylight type lighting to the yellow glow of older bulbs. The item arrived in an open box which has been the case lately on many deliveries. The deliverers take photos at angles to hide the open area. The delivery photo sent implies the box is great, but picked up the box and could have dropped the contents if it had been smaller.

> 3 dayI bought these for my vanity which has the builder grade row of lights. It instantly updated it. I painted the fixture the same color as the walls, so the light bulbs are the focal point and they look great. Lights up the bathroom perfectly.

> 3 dayInitial impressions are good. I was replacing globe lights in the bathroom and was hoping that these would be a little fancier like the incandescent bulbs I was replacing. I was pleasantly surprised when I took them out of the box. All 6 bulbs were functional out of the box. Brightness and warmth are what I was looking for when replacing the incandescent bulbs. And when the bulbs are on, they are almost cool to the touch. Longevity is always the big question and remains to be seen. If you are OCD, aligning them might prove challenging.
