I have added the EAAS supplement to my daily work out routine and have so much more energy. I do not feel jittery from the caffein and can finish my programming in ample time! For a long period, I had given up on most EAA products but the light combination of caffeine and other recovery ingredients has really improved the energy that I put out during my gym sessions. This product tastes clean and the flavor is not overwhelming like some other products I have tried in the past. Peach mango slush is yummy! Love the combo of both EAAS and caffeine, plus it has green tea extract. 125 mg is just right to get the ball rolling for my 4 am workouts! I am a bit caffeine sensitive, so it’s nice to have a lower dose available. There also were no jitters or crash. Very happy with my purchase. After trying a couple of their EAA flavor this and the raspberry iced tea are probably my favorites! Reminds me of Swedish fish that I used to have when I was younger!
