This is my favorite conditioner on the market. It smells divine. My hair loves it and my sensitive scalp doesnt react at all. Its gentle and, dare I say, luxurious! ;)

I love this hair conditioner. It softens my coarse hair and helps tremendously with combing out tangles. Just Love it!

The conditioner I got was not the real thing. The scent was different and the texture and consistency were not correct. I used it and it did not moisturize like it should have.

I have straight but semi thick hair. My hair used to be really smooth and soft, however over the years it has started to feel more course (i am more grey too). This coniditioner makes my hair smooth and soft. I have been using it for over a year now. I follow up with ITS A 10 MIRACLE LEAVE IN PLUS KERATIN which is helps me brush through while it is damp.

My hair tangles REALLY easily - I have fine, straight, but stretchy hair. I distinctly remember one time on vacation before finding this conditioner sitting on the bed crying because it is just so frustrating to have a head full of knotted hair. If I dont use this conditioner, it can take me a solid 15-20 minutes to comb through my hair and I usually end up breaking a lot of it, its terrible when I forget my travel bottle on vacation since you cant find it very easily in stores. My stylist used this conditioner on my hair for the first time in December 2014, and I immediately ordered it that day. The 33.8 oz bottle lasts me about 8 months (I purchased it the first time in December 2014, then again in August 2015, and Im reordering now) and I use this EVERY day. It is not watery at all, in fact, my only complaint is that I really have to strain to get it out of the bottle because it is so thick. I think Im going to look into getting a pump to make this easier for me. Ive used plenty of different conditioners, both drugstore and high-end, and none even come close to performing the miracle that this stuff works on my hair.
