Originally, I ordered a new light but I received a USED light with some of the old wires sticking out. I went ahead and installed it hoping it would work since we were already past the return date when I opened the box. Unfortunately, and not unsurprisingly, it didnt work. Frustrated, I left a review and assumed that would be the end of it. Shortly after I left the review, I was contacted by Enseniors customer service. Not only did they reimburse the cost of the faulty light, they also sent me a new light free of charge, and compensated me for my lost time. I was super impressed. I would highly recommend. Oh, and the light works great too. Super easy to install, wide range of dimming options, and gets super bright.

Ensenior is the only brand of canless lights I will use in my house they are very bright better the halos I have 30 of them in my house and with out a problem I’ll be buying 10 more keep up the great work guys
