1/3 of the price of box stores and they work the same. I don’t know what customer service is like because there were never anything to complain about. They work perfectly and super easy to install. Buyers need to be aware of the Kelvin rating. 5000k is a blue light, 4000k is a white light (kitchen/bathroom), 3500k is a pinch yellow, but great for dens/bedrooms/halls. Also notice the amount of lumens. I bought 1050 lumens and placed a dimmer with it, I would go with higher lumens if installing in a kitchen.

These are awesome. Will never go back to the old style can light. So much easier to install, takes up less room. Way brighter. Actually be cautious not to put the same amount in that you normally would unless your doing surgery.

The lights themselves are great, easy to install, look great, everything you want in a light. They do interfere with the over the air TV antenna signal. Turn on lights, no TV. Turn off lights, TV comes back ******************** Update from 1 to 3 stars (July 14, 2021) Ensenior refunded my purchase and has offered to send me re-designed lights to test within the next 2 months. Because the lights are so easy to install and I really do like them for the suspended ceiling in my basement - I will report back if the re-design solves the interference with over the air TV signal Fundamentally, I am happy with their response and customer service

I’ve installed hundreds of these trims for home owners remodeling. These lights make my job much easier and they always work without fail. My one complaint is that they only send one cut out template per box and it doesn’t have a center hole to line up cuts. If the template had a center hole, they would be perfect. Still 5 stars in my book but I have to give it a 4 until that change is made

Installed 14 with no problem. The last 2 were duds. Need 2 more to finish .

I love these lights, I ended up replacing all the 30+ canned recess lights in my house. Very easy to install and has multiple colors and very easy to change . The price was great to top it all

These were very easy to install my only problem is I that the frosted appearance should be more translucent.. Also I originally had a problem with pairing the correct dimmer switch for these lights but I reached out to the company and they were more then willing to solve my issues with that. I mentioned to them the need to recommend the proper dimmer switches so no one else would have these issues.. They got my issues resolved and for that I do appreciate..

By far these are might be the best purchase I’ve made on Amazon. The price can’t be beat, but more importantly the quality of these lights surpassed all my expectations. They are bright and are just the right size for our bedrooms. Is you’re looking to add recessed lighting to your home and want a beautiful result, buy these!
