When you first get it you have to tighten the compression a little. Overall it is a very good product.just if your wondering the grips are not as soft as you think they are.

We ordered it for our grandsons as a birthday present and so happy about our decision. He just love it ! Yes, you can get other scooters for a cheaper price but this one has amazing quality and durability.
