> 3 dayI love the selection of colors that came with this purchase. The bands are easy to put on and remove. I change them several times a week and havent had any problems with removing them or any tearing of the bands at all. I do wish they had a product for smaller wrists so I didnt have to put the band in almost the last hole. Doing so leaves a lot of band to tuck under.
