01-04-2025I bought a Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K and all the research I had done prior to buying the printer pointed to the factory FEP being the cause of many printing issues, so I decided to immediately upgrade to nFEP. These EPAX E6 sheets fit the Sonic Mini 4K perfectly and performance has been stellar. I havent had any resin sticking to the sheet and there is no popping sound when the build arm pulls away from the vat while forming the base-layers. Ive heard that these sheets can last quite a long time as well. Im still on my first sheet and have about 60hrs of printing on it so far; the surface still looks good - some fine micro-scratches from cleaning but overall performance is still perfect.

Greater than one weekI didnt use it, but my son did. All he said was, he liked it. He prints 3D plastic figures, hopes to print even more, so this product is useful to him.

> 3 dayUsed on a voxelab proxima 6 printer. Quality is better than OEM fep. Seems to be holding up but it does scratch just like any other plastic film out there. I do a final cleaning with a microfiber towel and ISO. Well packaged and I think it was worth the price.

Greater than one weekThis stuff works so much better than the regular fep sheets. Since having installed this I have not have a failed print due to it sticking to the fep, my fails are completely my fault now. Lol.

> 3 daySeriously this just makes your printer better, since it doesnt stick to the fep, supports break less often meaning less failed prints.

> 3 dayAfter losing a few prints to resin sticking to the fep I switched to the Epax nonfep. This stuff works as advertised. I havent had a single failure due to the resin sticking since switching. It is also easier to install, it is more flexible than the standard fep. The fact that prints dont stick to it should increase its useful life also. Great product.

> 3 dayDespite the fact that calling it non FEP film means it could probably have been a sheet of generic Saran wrap without counting as false advertising, this stuff is definitely the stuff you should buy and keep on hand for when the original FEP film gets damaged. It is very obvious that it releases the prints better; I think I might have installed it a little too loose (you are supposed to put a plastic bottle cap or thin piece of foam under it when screwing it into the frame, so it doesnt get stretched too tight and get damaged when you then screw the frame into the resin tank) as I can hear it lifting up with the model a little bit before popping off between layers, but even so my prints are all fine and there has not yet been any signs of damage to this film beyond some minor, shallow scratches (which I would expect with FEP as well). The only reason I took a star away from the value is that it is really easy to damage a sheet before even installing it, such as bending/putting a hard crease into a sheet as you are getting ready to install it because of its staticky nature making it tough to handle gently. I dont know if there is any real solution to this, but it does mean your 3 pack might become a 2 pack really quickly.
