I love epic water filters. Im against using plastic water bottles and I drink nothing but water. I save so much money by using my epic filters! Life time customer right here!

I am so happy to find a filter that filters out lead and other metals. Most other filters just work on chlorine. You can attach this filter to any straw that fits in the top of it. The customer service was great, I had a question about the Outdoor Adventure filter and the representative that emailed me let me get the Valentines deal of buying a bottle and getting one free. Then I didnt like how hard the Outdoor filters were hard to drink out of, so I emailed again and asked if the Urban Filters would be better and they sent me 2 Urban Filters for free!!! They said that as long as Im not told to boil my water the Urban Filter works fine with tap water. Im thrilled with this product and will be a customer for life!

Great for airports and bike rides

This is very clean and easy to drink. Its worth having this for $30 and being able to reuse daily for literally months as opposed yo spending money and carrying around water bottles constantly. But get THIS one, the black 550. The orange one is impossible to suck water out of

I bought this to replace the original one that came with my Epic water bottle. Works great- a little costly, but definitely worth it!

It is meant to replace the previous filter of the same nature. It is doing what it was designed to do. I have no complaints about that. I think the filter should not cost the same as, or very near, how much it costs to buy a brand new bottle with filter from this company, but besides the value, it is great that this filter only needs replacing (in my case) once to twice a year, so that cuts down on cost, compared to other filtered water bottle brands that will need changing every more frequently. Remember to order way in advance. Like before you really need to replace your filter in your bottle. I am hoping it was just due to the holidays but it did take a bit longer than it should have just to deliver it. If I had ordered it too late, I might have been a bit more upset about how long it took.
