Eqyss Micro-Tek Shampoo 32 oz

This was recommended for my toy poodle by his breeder who has had many champion show dogs. It is gentle on the coat and skin and smells wonderful for a long time after the bath.

Very thick shampoo. Read the directions, has good tips. Helps to soothe my Golden Retrieves skin in the dry winter time.

I actually use this equine shampoo on my dogs. I have three Australian Shepherds and one extremely hairy Newfoundland. The soft scent will last for about a week and a half and it does not leave a residue on the fur. I am a repeat buyer of this product because I am extremely happy with it and with four dogs I go through a lot of shampoo. I have gotten compliments at the self-service dog wash on the smell of my dogs shampoo.

This shampoo is wonderful. I have one GSD, two AHTs, one petite Goldendoodle, and one Hairless Chinese Crested. We ARE a true melting pot! I use this on all of my dogs. Leaves their skin and coat in a healthy and shiny condition. No drying of skin or irritation observed post-shampooing. My oldest AHT seemed to consistently lick his front paws, hence researched and found this shampoo. I absolutely noticed a 75% decrease in the licking after the first use-which was huge! Subsequent shampoos resulted in abatement of itchiness of paws. The only time he licks his paws now is related to cleaning them (self-grooming) which certainly is normal/acceptable. *Note: I bathe all of my dogs (except the GSD) every one-two weeks in the summer and every three-four weeks in the winter, and as needed. I try to bathe the GSD every three-for months year-round (excessive shampooing for GSD promote skin problems), and as needed. This is a solid product and hope it works for others as well as for me/mine.

I have used this on the pets in our home for many years. It leaves them fresh smelling, clean, conditioned, their skin healthy, coat shiny and they no longer itch. This is a very good price! We have used it as a shampoo to relieve dry itchy scalp. It works!

I wont say it has cured the winter scratch but it certainly has helped. I would say........to you, its worth a try. I use the spray as well.
