Initially when I received the conditioner it had busted open in the bubblewrap envelope, so I contacted the seller and they got back to me with in hrs. Their customer service is as amazing as their product!! Best dog conditioner Ive ever used on my pup!! She LOVES it so much that its kind of becoming a problem.. after she gets a bath it seems she goes out of her way to get filthy again just so she gets another bath. She wasnt doing that with the previous conditioner. *UPDATE* I initially bought this 12/2017, it’s now 5/2022 & I just used the last of these conditions. After receiving the first bottle that had busted open in the packaging, I salvaged what I could from the inside of the bag & they also sent me a new bottle. Both of those bottles lasted me 4 & a half years between 2 small, 15-20 lb, dogs! Not only are they decently priced, but they last quite a long time! My little dog has sensitive skin & dry hair & this stuff is perfect for her! She’s so happy to take a bath & I can tell that she loves how soft & hydrated her skin & hair feels afterwards! She’s silky for WEEKS after using it, without feeling greasy. I’d highly recommend this for your pups!

Love this! Just bought it in the gallon size for my Golden Retriever/Aussie/Pyrenees mix. His coat is so soft and shiny and he doesnt get itchy like he does with other brands.

Again this company makes the best pet products. Buy everything they make.

First off, if I were giving a star rating for the Espree company products as a whole, Id give 5-Stars!! I usually get the Espree Rainforest Conditioner, but figured Id try this one out for my dog since the Rainforest Conditioner is about $5 more than this one and I am a diehard Espree dog shampoo user, and its also the same product brand my groomer uses so Ive stuck with this companys shampoo & conditioners for 6 years or so... The main reason I give 2 stars as a rating is because the things I absolutely hate this Luxury Re-moisturizing Conditioner is the scent, I dont mind the Rainforest smell for my little bichon-mix dog but this scent for this one is like I just dipped or washed him in a piña-colada, and the scent isnt really just a mild scent on him... I guess I wish it were not so coconut scented and especially not so fragrant. Ill be sticking with the Espree Rainforest Conditioner from here on out.
