Very handy and light weight. Accurate and everyone wants to barrow it so basically buy one as a gift for everyone that travels.

After using a dial type device to check the weight of my luggage for a few years, at the same price, it finally came apart. I decided to give this digital scale a try. It is much easier to hold as I weigh my luggage and the strap/hook works better than a simple hook.

They need to build luggage with this built into the handle! With airlines charging extra for bags over 50lbs, save yourself time and aggravation at the check-in knowing your bags are packed under the weight limit. My only gripe is that the circuit is rather slow inside the device, so it takes a minute or so to get an accurate reading.

The scale does exactly what it is intended to do. It is easy to use and appears to weigh correctly.

This is an outstanding device for anyone who routinely travels overseas or on flights where baggage weight is restricted. We used the device recently on a trip to Spain and our check baggage and cabin baggage weights, as measured by this device, were exactly the same as the weight registered on the airlines scales at the airport. The device comes efficiently packaged and operates immediately using enclosed battery. The addition of a temperature measurement is nice. The ability to measure in pounds and kilograms (ºC and ºF) is also excellent. The device is very easy to use with a strong, secure strap and an easy to attach clip which makes a loop through your baggage handle for easy lift. If you can carry your baggage to the car, you can use this devise...no special skills or additional equipment are required. Finally, it packs away compactly for use on the return trip!!
