> 24 hourI LOVE these lights. They transform a dingy light bulb into a beautiful light fixture in my basement remodel without rewiring. I installed 4 of them and they really put out a lot of light and run off the switch on the wall just like the plain light bulb did. Get these and you will love them too! They are well worth the price just for the visual aspect of them alone and will last a long long time, probably will outlast this ole gal! :0)

> 24 hourThe contractor who finished our basement two years ago installed one of these lights as part of the project. Yesterday, after having the bulb turned on approximately 1,400 hours (2 hours a day for two years), it stopped working even though the product packaging (which I still have) states the bulb will last 50,000 hours. I called ETI SSLIs warranty center to find out about getting a replacement under the manufacturers 5-year warranty. To do so the ETI SSLI rep said I would need to have the contractor contact the electrical subcontractor, who then would need to go through his records from two years ago to find the itemized receipt clearly showing the purchase date and name of the product. I told the ETI SSLI warranty rep that I thought it was unlikely these contractors would be willing to spend the time to find that receipt for me. So I suggested to the warranty rep that instead perhaps I could send a copy of the construction contract and even return to ETI SSLI the defective light in its original packaging. No, she said, only the original purchase receipt will suffice. Very disappointing. I will find an alternative manufacturer when I buy a light to replace the defective ETI SSLI product.

> 24 hourNice piece. Works great. Great angle. Bluish light, may be a bit too cool for me. Works great, super high, flush to the ceiling.

> 24 hourDo not buy this item. $35 light lasted less than a year in an area that the lights may be on for an hour a day. Junk

> 24 hourPleasantly surprised how easy this light replaced an old bulb and fit over an old fixture.

> 24 hourThese are absolutely awesome! I have approximately 1,000 sq ft in the basement and a light fixture in all 4 corners. I recently wired them all to illuminate on one switch. Not only did my project turn out well, but these are very bright and exactly what I wanted for downstairs. So much brighter than traditional bulbs!

> 24 hourThese spin lights turned my rough basement into something akin to an apartment. Saw them on Ask This Old House and snapped them up…the lighting answer I really needed for the dark, spidery places.
