Good tough product; I havent used it yet, but the Schmetz brand is good quality.

12/80 Sharp needles are my go to needle for most of my sewing needs.

GREAT needles for machine piecing of quilts. The Microtex sharp needles pierce the fabric, not scoot through the grain of the fabric as the universal needle does. The right needle for my usage.

I use these needles in everyday sewing, quilting, mixed media sewing (like rust encrusted fabric) as well as any other type of sewing I do. They work beautifully, going through all types of media without so much as a peep. Microtex needles are my go to needles!
