Both are similar in design and color and are really great upgrades to the overall look of our vehicle. The black and chrome is not a loud aesthetic, but it does pop in a very classy, but subdued manner. The flag itself is a stamped piece of metal attached to the hitch, so the overall quality of the product will need to be measured over time. We are very happy with this purchase. (I also purchased the locking hitch pin.)
