I have always loved EVGA and the SuperNOVA 1000 G5 is exactly what i needed to prepare my PC for the 3080 FTW3 ULTRA. It has great power and almost no noise what so ever.

I received this PSU hooked it up to my 3090 ti and it wouldnt start. Idk why it was labeled like new when i bought it used. It didn’t work. Made a click noise when i turned my power on and it never booted. I wanted to return it but it would a hassle so i went to the nearest best but and got myself a new psu. Smh. This is not even worth the money

I got this to replace my wimpy 480 Watt Power supply that was in my Alienware Aurora R7. Super easy to install and I felt the difference in my GTX 1080 getting the power it needed to do the job. It’s recommended to have over 550 Wats of power. Would order another when I get another computer.

Replaced a cheaper no-name PC power supply. My Win10 PC kept rebooting when doing very heavy usage video work. Thought it was a software problem, but someone suggested a power supply replacement. I was skeptical, but replacing the old power supply was a no-brainer--bought it at a remote location overseas at an open air market as no other source was available. Turned out in solving my problem completely! Compared to the old power supply, this one is very quiet, but some other folks here seem to disagree. Installation was not as easy as expected. Make sure you have your motherboards installation manual as the cables in some cases are not similar. Nonetheless, PC started up on first flick of the switch. That was two months ago, no problems since.

Quiet and efficient. Runs cooler than my old old evga 500w white. Best deal I could find on a gold rated PSU.

Theres very low levels of noise. The PSU works great. The cables also look very good and clean in the build.
