> 3 dayGot new 6900 xt and upgraded from my 750w Seasonic. Got it all wired, and green light on the back, but no power. Luckily it didnt take anything out. Have to wait over a week for replacement. Think I shouldve just gone with another Seasonic instead.

Greater than one weekThe PSU died after less than 2 years. While it has a 10 year warranty I think the 10 years refers to how long the process takes to request a warranty claim. First I had to sign up for an EVGA account (so my information can be sold?). Then I had to register the product. Then I had to check to see if it is under warranty, which it is. Then I had to submit a support ticket, which asked me for everything but my mothers maiden name and what I ate for breakfast. I cant submit for an RMA until the support ticket is resolved, which will take 2-5 days just to review at which point Im pretty sure theyll ask for more information. Then Ill have to ship it back at my cost, wait for them to inspect it, and then send me a new one (I hope). All the while I have a dead PC, a very unhappy kid, and nearly $1k worth of equipment sitting dead in my sons room.

> 3 dayAfter a lifetime with my ThermalTake Toughpower 750w semi, I finally made the decision to swap out the last part remaining in my new build all in the name of better wire management and go fully modular. The TT was great but the wires were not braided. That supply had been through 3 builds, all small form factor, and the tight squeezes ripped the wiring. I was able to safely repair it but boy would it have been a dream to have the g5 years back. Now I have a much larger case but wires were still not as flexible as Id like them to be. I figured I could drop 100watts and still be fine, grabbed this after getting a refurbished g3 that was DOA and I cant find anything to complain about with the g5. Noise level is about equal to the TT, noticeable but very quiet. Nothing Im very concerned with. The blue/green fan cover is beautiful, its a MUST HAVE for anyone who has a case that will show it off. Mine unfortunately does not. The green light in the back is equally as stunning. Unfortunately that too will likely never be seen with my current build. And also comes with velcro ties which was a huge help in cable mgmt. Im not sure what else to say, have been running this about a week and no issues. Will update if things go south but for the moment very happy!

> 3 dayIts a great power supply and I got it 1.5 weeks early so thats awesome. At first inspection I thought the tamper seal from evga had been cut and taped over with clear tape but i was mistaken. They just have a strange tamper seal so make sure you really look close if you think it was tampered with. Overall I expect the same great product from evga so cool.
