> 3 dayDunno why, but in the last month I had two brand new supplies fail in a row. Both $150 range Corsair and EVGA 850s that showed up already defective or failed within minutes. The Corsair took an entire new build out with it. The EVGA showed up with a funky 12v rail right out of the box. Doesnt say much about quality control anymore does it? These days the manufacturer name doesnt mean as much, it is the actual model that sets them apart, or not. And there is no way to build right cheaper!

> 3 dayPersonally I shouldnt have bought this since I was already over budget and didnt need the efficiency rating + wattage, but I went with it anyways for future proofing & since it would be *slightly* safer for my components than other PSUs out there. Works great, has been quiet while Ive been using it. The modular design is also nice for cable management since its modular, & doesnt make a mess.

> 3 dayIt runs quiet and comes with adapters. Allows for power surges and brown outs without the computer powering off. Even has a button to allow for energy efficiency. Great power supply.

> 3 dayWas not in original box and was missing screws. It came wrapped in third party bubble wrap covered in tape. I was lucky in that it is functional as well as includes all the modular cords. Its definitely not worth the price paid for it and I am concerned it might not function long term. I have put it in my secondary machine to see if its stable or will cause any hardware to fry. If it does Ill update my review rating. I give it 2 stars because it does seem functional. I regret ever buying this from a third party vendor.
