Evolis Badgy Badgy200 Single-Sided Card Printer

Owned for ten months, been in contact with customer service frequently as it has never worked without breaking ribbons every time. Now they wont even respond to my emails and the product didnt work out of the box. They convinced me we could troubleshoot it and adjust setting to get it to work and that pushed me outside of the 30 day replacement period. Now Im stuck with a large plastic paperweight that is worthless...unless someone wants to buy it from me for the cost of shipping?

Bought the Badgy 200 and it worked great for a low-volume need like ours. Good quality badge. After a few hundred badges, we ran into an error message that cannot seem to be corrected. We have had ZERO help from Evolis despite several phone calls and emails asking for assistance. ZERO replies other than our request has been forwarded from a non-monitored email address. We have had to outsource the badge making until we can get it resolved but this is not acceptable for a product at this price point.
