Received the cables today (10 red x 10 black, #4 GA welding cable). Stripped back a little insulation and the diameter of the conductor is between 0.23 and 0.24 Its a little tough to measure the finely stranded cable since it deforms when I put the caliper on it. That compares favorably to the spec for #4AWG stranded cable, which is around .232 - .235, depending on the stranding. It is much bigger than #6AWG, which is .185-.186, again depending on the stranding. Great transaction and good product as advertised.
