Didnt come with power

I used this to take a few cup videos & photos since I got this at the end of May. I changed the batteries and it will turn for about 2 seconds and get stuck. It is not working any more. It is disappointing :(

I use these two display cups and glasses

I bought this for my business to take listing photos and videos of my tumblers, cups and mugs. It works great and does the job I purchased it to do.

The product keeps getting stuck and not turning. It works sometimes and doesn’t other times. My husband had to take it apart and fix and it still doesn’t work .
