This is the second time I have ordered these light bulbs. The first time was for some flood lights around the house. These are for lights around my shed. I am very pleased with the light they give off. They are durable in all kinds of weather. Maybe a bit $$, but I believe the bulbs are worth the extra dollar.

This is an early review as I just installed these on my outdoor dusk-to-dawn floodlight fixture, but I really like the look, feel, and perfomance of these bulbs. Hope they last a couple of years like my incandescent ones did. They do dim once my motion detector times out. So far, very pleased.

I went with the 15w 2700k bulbs. 4 of them. Installed this afternoon and turned them on. So far so good. I’ll be expecting my 40000 hours out of them since they were so expensive. I had a set of thinklux par38 15w bulbs before. They measured at 1100 lumens with a 90 cri rating. Bought from earthLed. These lights lasted 4 years turned on all night. Excellent lights, but no stock due to the plandemic. Anyway these eplux lights were in stock and have better lumen values and use 3 watts less. They are only an 85 cri, but that’s ok since they are outdoor floods. My initial impression is that these seem to be quality lights. The packaging was well above what I expected, lights were solid and well made and compared to the 4 lights described above, they are definitely brighter. If they last like promised, I will be sold on this company for my future lighting.

Purchased lights for kitchen. Already have had to replace 3 of 5 lights. Less than 1 year of life.

We have no complaints on these lights. They were delivered quickly and we’ve been suing them for some time. Still going great!

Provides more light than my prior incandescent lights. We were playing badminton outside after dark as the lights were so good.

Nice, bright lasted long

My apartment came with 75W incandescents. Its not a great look - the bulbs are ugly. As they expired, I replaced them with 90W halogens. Much nicer bulbs. They lasted pretty good too - a couple of years of 7 hours a day. Later I found first gen 100W CFLs (23W). These are rated at 1300 lumens and give out a very good light and are a genuine PAR38. The bulbs themselves are a bit ugly - you can see the CFL inside and the base is thin rounded glass. But once they are on you cant see the bulb in any case. They take a minute or so to warm up which is a minor annoyance. Next, I found a CFL made of thick glass - like a halogen - a more attractive bulb, but with pretty much the same characteristics. When these became unavailable - at least at a decent price - I tried out LEDs. These were all plastic units. They were 3000K, which was too white for me, so I used them for my garage motion lights and returned the rest. Later, they did them in 2700K and I got some more. Supposedly 1200 lumens (15W), but more like 1000 IMO and not a true PAR38 either. Perfectly serviceable but not great. These ones are an all glass construction (like halogens) and rated at 1300 lumens (14W). I love the look of these bulbs, the light is great, the color seems right, it appears to be a true PAR38. These will be my go-to bulbs from now on...until they disappear as these things tend to.
