Very satisfied with this item. It is well packaged and appears to be good quality and I dont have to buy them again for a long time.

My entire system leaked when I first installed it but I called customer service, phone rang once and they answered right away. I explained what was going on and they knew right away what the issue was. I was trying to be too gentle with the system and didn’t push all my lines in ALL THE WAY. Water has been coming out between 20-30ppm since install. Iced tea is cleaner, ice is mostly clear, pressure is good, and works perfect. But now I’m a snob about my water

Perfect I now have a supply of filters so I can replace them when needed.

This is my 3rd Express Water Filter Replacement Set. I cant really tell if the filters are the best filters, all I can say is they worked as designed; my clean water would not go lower than 34(tds), but it could be the water source is not good. Overall, these filters are ok.
