Have only had the product for a few weeks (once we started using it). The outlets started only working sporadically, then when you plugged more than one item into the unit- you could hear the electricity snapping, and whatever you were plugging in would not get power. Its supposed to be a surge protector- BUT it definitely is NOT even good as an outlet!

Really liked this small power surge tower! It accommodates all my devices and more. Great for travel. I’ve bought another six of them!

I really like the USB ports. This will hold more plugs, including bulky plugs which can be spaced around the tower. I just bought a second one!!!

This is perfect for my needs. It doesnt take up a lot of space and is slim so I can access all the outlets. I have not used the USB outlets, and I do not expect to need them. Speaking practically, I am only able to use 8 of the outlets since the chargers are large and bulge out. The center outlets cannot be accessed. Great product for the price
