These are a perfect match for our 2-stage water filter system we use for our travel trailer. We use the standard CAMCO blue pre-filter which is 20 microns first, then to the two stage cannisters using these filters, 5 micron and 0.5 microns. We usually stay at state parks and not too concerned with water quality but this add an extra layer of protection for us. Also saves us having to haul water whenever we go and reduce the number of plastic bottles. We throw them out at the end of camping season and start with a fresh set in the spring and replace again about 3 months later.
