I wish the cooler part had a bit more structure to it and the small, upper front pocket should have dual zippers as well. I do love the hidden lined back pocket for valuables (phone,keys,wallet) I would buy it again

Love it I only carry one bag to work now it’s a very roomy and large bag can take this out of town with everything in it.

Lots of room. In fact I thought of returning it because it was so big. I don’t take a laptop to work, but if you do this bag would be handy. However the seam has started ripping. I’m three days outside my return window. I would expect this product to hold up better. I have been using it less than a month. I don’t over fill this bag by any means nor am I rough with it. The bag is put in my car and placed at my desk than back to my car every day. Quality is not present. Update: seller contacted me after leaving the review and sent me a new bag. Great customer service and very easy to work with!

It’s durable comfortable holds so much more than I thought. The lunch carrier part is definitely a plus

As the tag line this could have been a 5 star with one tweak. But first I have to say that this bag does do all I need and it is comfortable enough for then 20 min walk. Im always carrying a 16 laptop, a tablet and all of their power supply stuff. In the main puch I also carry a smaller shoulder strap bag that I can pull out that has my glasses, wallet, keys and so on. Then comes the very roomy lunch box compartment. My one issue with the bag is the lunch compartment has no rigidity to it. So what ever you have in the main compartment end up collapsing the lunch box. Its not a big deal but it is annoying that to pack my lunch I first need to unpack the main compartment.

Comfortable to carry and plenty of rooms. Not to heavy o shoulders.

Looks well made, just a couple observations. I use it as a daily bag riding my bike to work. I pack a lunch, a coffee thermos and carry personal items. No solid divide between the food storage and large pouch. My coffee thermos drops into the food storage compartment need to push it up to place the ice packs and food. in the small front pouch there is a zipper over the small pocket but its open on the top, not sure why it wasnt closed off. Overall very satisfied.
