> 3 dayI take 10 supplements in the morning and 10 at night. The description says XL size, but isnt quite large enough. If it were just a bit larger it would be perfect. Still, I do like the design and the portability. The tops dont snap down as tightly as I would have liked either. But then again, I am cramming a lot into them. Overall, good.
