With the adding of additional vitamins, I needed a larger capacity pill caddy and I found it in this extra large weekly pill organizer. I love the 4 time daily compartments and that each day detaches from the unit. Easy opening for me but yet each compartment is securely closed. As a whole, its very large but then again as individual compartments its what Ive been looking for. Its a keeper.

I should have paid more attention to the published dimensions. This is a little bigger than I thought it would be!

I’ve purchased a few of these over the years, but this time I was really seeking an organizer that could hold all of my supplements and prescriptions in each compartment, and the compartments are typically much smaller. This one says XL and it is! The quality of this product impresses me so far, too - really wish this came in a five compartment per day option, but this is way better than what I was using.

This thing holds a lot of supplements! It has simplified my evening routine and freed up a little time each evening. My only regret is that I didnt think to buy something like this pill sorter much sooner!! I can honestly say this gem is in my top 5 most favorite purchases of my life

it works for my parents, they have been taking their meds on their own, so thats all that matters to me. the pics & days of the week make it easy for them. 1 side of 4 cases doesn;t close, we just dont bother using locks . I ordered 4 more, so i can fill their meds for a month. I also used a sharpie to put intials on sides, for 1 parent.

It is as big as a tablet. The compartments allows for a substantial amount of medication and vitamins. The individual day is extremely convenient. I just take it with me and it ensures that I take my medication according to need. I highly recommend this product if you have to take your medicine at separate times of the day.
