> 3 dayThe material stains very easily. There is discoloration all over it which cannot be cleaned off. The type of material soaks up any outside color it may be touching. It is ruined and unusable and Ive only had it installed about a week.

From the Interchangeable Thumbsticks, the custom buttons, to my faceplate and side rails I enjoyed putting it together myself with the help from your videos. All your parts are great quality. You customer service is top notch. So again thank you guys. Coolest set of sticks Ive ever owned.

14-04-2025The faceplate looks great and installation was relatively easy. Their YouTube video was very helpful, but you can always search for ones that have narration. My only critique is the side panel removal tool is not very sturdy and was falling apart by the second side panel.

> 3 dayIf you can pull the clips off the back grip and take out literally like 4 screws, then this is an incredibly easy to install product, and feels nice. When putting in the screws (included in package or with the original screws), it might be tight going in, but hold the faceplate firmly
